Who is BMA Store?
BMA Store is an online and physical store offering bespoke BMA 3D printing filament, 3D printed goods, Wigglies Mini Articulated Animals, Car Wash & Detailing cloths, and Pawfect Pet Products. We focus on quality, creativity, and practical design.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over R499 within the South Africa. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Shopify, including major credit/debit cards and other payment options displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your requests. Once production has started on custom or bespoke items, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Custom or bespoke items, Cat Litter and Used 3D Printer Filament Rolls are non-returnable unless faulty.
Please contact us before sending anything back to receive return instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
3D Printed Products
Why does my 3D printed item have visible layer lines?
Layer lines are a natural part of the 3D printing process and are not defects. Each item is unique.
Can 3D printed items withstand heat?
No. Most 3D printed products should be kept away from high temperatures and direct sunlight to avoid warping or softening.
3D Printed Vases
Are the vases fully watertight?
Our vases are sealed with a waterproof coating and tested for watertightness. However, waterproof coatings may degrade over time, so we recommend placing vases on a protective surface.
Can I use these vases outdoors?
Outdoor use is not recommended due to heat, UV exposure, and weather conditions that may affect the material and coating.
How should I clean my vase?
Clean gently with cool to lukewarm water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive or chemical cleaners.
BMA 3D Printing Filament
What type of filament do you sell?
We offer bespoke BMA 3D printing filament. Material types and specifications are listed on each product page.
How should filament be stored?
Store filament in a cool, dry place, ideally sealed with desiccant, away from sunlight and moisture.
Is your filament compatible with all 3D printers?
Most standard FDM/FFF 3D printers are compatible. Always check your printer’s specifications before purchasing.
Car Wash & Detailing Cloths
Can the cloths be machine washed?
Yes. Wash according to care instructions. Avoid fabric softeners, as they reduce effectiveness.
Can I use one cloth for multiple cleaning tasks?
We recommend using separate cloths for different tasks to prevent cross-contamination and surface damage.

Are your pet products safe?
Our pet products are designed for supervised use. Always choose items appropriate for your pet’s size and behavior and inspect regularly for wear.
Are pet products indestructible?
No pet product is indestructible. Damage from chewing or misuse is not considered a defect.
